7 minute workout –  Great and simple workout sessions you can do without any additional equipment or a gym membership.  This is a perfect app for people just starting to exercise or for those who don't have more time to do it. Fitness and bodybuilding – A great app that helps in creating a full workout plan, especially when you are at the gym. Once you decide what group of muscles you want to work on, you can choose the exercise, set the lbs of the weights and the repetition and get started. You have a wide variety of workouts in bodybuilding, fitness and powerlifting, plus an option for customizing your own workout with what works best fo you. Couch to 5k – This app is simple and intuitive, and it was designed for those who just started experiencing running. It motivates you and at the same time challenges you to continue forward. It works by starting with a mix of running and walking, gradually building up strenght and stamina to fully running 5k. For experienced runners who need a tracker, there is Runtastic Running and Fitness – that uses GPS to track and map your running, monitoring time, speed and distance and stores the information in your personal exercise diary.
