What makes you so excited that you want to push yourself to the limit? Is it your inner voice that tells you not to be satisfied with anything less than your best effort? How do you become motivated and make it through tough workouts?

You need to figure out what works for you when it comes to staying motivated and sticking to your workout routine every day. Choose to listen to the voice inside you that says “I can do this. I want to do this.” and ignore the thoughts of giving up when it gets hard.
