There are millions of ways to motivate yourself to exercise, though not all of them will work on you. You can search for inspiration anywhere. Try thinking about your goals and why you started working out in the first place. Or think about how exercising makes you feel. You can also think about the people that maybe inspired you to become better. I know this last one works for me like a charm! I look up to those who are way in front of me in pursuing their goals and dreams. Here’s an example that makes me want to get up and get moving even if I’m tired and not in the mood.
